- 1 bag of fresh carrots diagonal cut (peeled optional)
- 1 heaping tbs cinnamon
- 2 tbs olive oil
- Sprinkle of sea salt or any brand of course salt
- Place cut carrots in a glass baking dish.
- Incorporate the olive oil, cinnamon, salt.
- Roast in a 400 degree oven for 45 min till tender.
