A lot of people use this soup to lose weight, I love a balanced diet but for those who have been asking for it – here it is.
7-DAY DIET WEIGHT LOSS SOUP (WONDER SOUP!)

WHAT YOU NEED:
- ½ Head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 C. celery, diced
- 1 C. white or yellow onion, diced
- 1 C. carrots, diced
- 1 Green bell pepper, diced
- 2-3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 4 C. chicken broth
- 14 Oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 TSP. oregano
- 1 TSP. basil
- ½ TSP. red pepper flakes
- and cayenne pepper
- Salt and Pepper to taste
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Heat 2 TO 3 Tbsps. of olive oil iin a large pot over medium heat.
Add celery, oniions, bell peppers, and carrots.
Saute until sliightly tender.
Stir in garliic.
Pour in chicken broth.
Stir in tomatoes and cabbage.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat.
Cook until cabbage iis tender.
Stir in oregano, basiil, red pepper flakes, black pepper and salt (if using)
Taste broth and adjust seasoning if needed.
